Owner Oshri Shushan founded the company in 2007 after years in the restoration trade, frustrated by the way most homeowners got handed off between mitigation, mold, and rebuild contractors, each one starting the insurance fight over again. He built the business around two ideas: arrive fast, and handle the entire scope under one license.
Eighteen years later we operate out of our third location in Van Nuys with a crew of IICRC-certified water (S500), mold (S520), and fire technicians, plus a CSLB B-license that lets us reconstruct everything we mitigate.
We've been listed multiple years on Expertise.com's "Best Water Damage Restoration in Northridge" and we're Diamond Certified. But the part that matters most: we've been the team Greater LA homeowners called at 2am when a pipe burst and they didn't know what to do next.

General Building Contractor #1067309. Lets us complete framing, drywall, flooring, and finish work under the same contract as mitigation.
IICRC S500 Water
Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT) certification on every field tech. Cat-1/2/3 classification, structural drying, and psychrometry.
IICRC S520 Mold
Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT). Containment, HEPA negative air pressure, and post-remediation verification.
EPA & OSHA
EPA Lead-Safe Certified. OSHA 30 with Bloodborne Pathogen training for sewage and biohazard work. Full general liability + workers' comp.

We run truck-mounted high-vacuum extraction, LGR (low grain refrigerant) dehumidifiers, centrifugal air movers, HEPA-filtered air scrubbers, thermal imaging cameras, and pinless moisture meters. Every truck is staged for emergency dispatch.
Our Van Nuys headquarters at 14545 Friar St Ste 101Q runs 24/7 dispatch year-round. The location is intentional: central San Fernando Valley placement minimizes drive times across our coverage area.
