These terms govern your use of this website and any services you request from Los Angeles Water Damage Restoration and Mold Inspections (CSLB License #1067309). By using the site or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide water damage restoration, mold remediation, asbestos testing, and related restoration services across Greater Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. Specific scopes are documented in a written work authorization signed before work begins.

Estimates

Free on-site estimates are provided without obligation. Verbal phone estimates are approximate; the binding scope is the written estimate produced after on-site assessment.

Payment and insurance

• Direct insurance billing is available for covered claims when you provide carrier authorization. You are responsible for any deductible, denied items, or coverage limits.
• Private-pay work requires payment per the schedule in the written work authorization, typically a deposit at start and balance at completion.
• Late payment on private-pay invoices may accrue interest per California law.

Warranty

Mitigation work (water extraction, drying, mold remediation) is backed by a 100% satisfaction guarantee — if you're not satisfied with the mitigation outcome we'll return at no additional charge to address concerns. Reconstruction work carries a one-year workmanship warranty. Material warranties pass through from the manufacturer.

Limitations

We perform restoration to industry standards (IICRC S500, S520) but cannot guarantee outcomes for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions discovered during work, or environmental factors outside our control. Hidden damage discovered after work begins may require a change order to the original scope.

Cancellations

You may cancel a non-emergency service appointment without charge with 24 hours' notice. Emergency mitigation that has begun cannot be partially canceled — work in progress must continue to a safe stopping point.
